Hot Player IPTV: included with every plan
Hot Player IPTV is a player app that organises your channels and films with a TV guide, favourites and search. Every IPTV.sg plan includes Hot Player activation: one for each device on Standard and one for each account on Premium.
What Hot Player IPTV is
A player app is the software that plays your IPTV subscription. Hot Player shows live channels in a familiar TV layout, lists films and series by category and lets you mark favourites. The app does not include any channels by itself: it needs your IPTV.sg login to show content.
Hot Player IPTV is included with your plan
- Standard customers: one Hot Player activation for each device in your Standard subscription (1, 2 or 3).
- Premium customers: one Hot Player activation for each account in your Premium subscription (1, 2 or 3).
- An extra device outside your plan: add a Hot Player licence for S$25, valid for life on that device.

Devices that run Hot Player
Hot Player runs on popular Smart TVs and Android-based devices such as TV boxes and Fire TV Stick, and on phones and tablets. Check our list of IPTV supported devices, or send us your device model on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you buy.
How Hot Player activation works
- Install Hot Player from your device’s app store and open it. Note the device details (MAC address) shown on the start screen.
- Send those details to us on WhatsApp or by email, together with your order number.
- We activate the licence for that device and send you a confirmation. Then sign in with your IPTV.sg login.
Other player apps you can use

Tips for a smooth start with Hot Player IPTV
- Install the app from your device’s official app store when it is available there.
- Keep the app updated: updates often improve playback and fix bugs.
- If channels load slowly, restart the app and your router, then try again.
- On Smart TVs, use a network cable if the TV is far from the Wi-Fi router.
Questions about Hot Player IPTV
Is a Hot Player activation for one device?
Yes. One activation works on one device. Your plan includes one activation for each device (Standard) or each account (Premium); tell us which devices to activate.
What if I want Hot Player on an extra device?
Add a Hot Player licence for that device. It costs S$25 once and stays active for life on that device, with no yearly fee.
Do I have to use Hot Player?
No. The activation is included with your plan, but you can use another compatible player app instead, at no extra cost.
Does Hot Player include channels?
No. Hot Player is only the app. The channels come from your IPTV.sg subscription.
